SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim) – VAT No. 03005970219, hereinafter referred to as SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim), is the exclusive owner of the Sizze trademark and operates through the website https://sizze.it/.
All purchase contracts for products concluded through the website https://sizze.it/ are governed by these General Terms and Conditions, which shall be deemed fully accepted whenever an order is placed on the website https://sizze.it/.
All prices published on the website https://sizze.it/ are expressed in euros and are intended as retail prices, inclusive of VAT at the rate in force at the time.
SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim) reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice.
Ordering Procedure and Acceptance of the General Conditions
The Customer may purchase only the products that are available and viewable on the website https://sizze.it/ at the time the order is placed, as described in the relevant product information pages.
SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim) reserves the right to modify product information at any time in order to align it with information provided by manufacturers, without prior notice.
It is understood that the images accompanying product descriptions may not perfectly represent the product’s characteristics and may differ in color, size, or included accessories. All information provided to support the purchase is to be considered general informational material and does not refer to the specific characteristics of each individual product.
Although SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim) makes every effort to ensure that the images displayed on https://sizze.it/ accurately represent the original products, discrepancies may occur due to technical limitations in color rendering on the Customer’s device.
Therefore, SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim) shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies or errors in photographic reproductions or graphic representations of the products shown on the website.

By submitting an order through any of the available purchasing methods, the Customer accepts and agrees to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their relationship with SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim), declaring that they have read and accepted all the information provided and acknowledging that SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim) shall not be bound by conditions different from those unless previously agreed upon in writing by both parties.
The contract between SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim) and the Customer shall be deemed concluded upon submission of the order to SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim), which nevertheless reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order, even partially.
Acceptance shall be considered tacit unless otherwise communicated to the Customer by any means. The Customer is always required to provide valid contact details; failure to do so may result in the order being deemed unenforceable or void at the sole discretion of SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim).
Receipt of the order is confirmed by SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim) via an email sent to the address provided by the Customer. The confirmation email will include the date and time the order was received and a Customer Order Number, which must be referenced in all subsequent communications with SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim).
The confirmation email will restate all data entered by the Customer, who is responsible for verifying its accuracy and promptly reporting any corrections.
SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim) reserves the right to refuse orders from Customers with whom a dispute has arisen in relation to previous orders, or if SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim) reasonably believes that the Customer has violated these General Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activities, or for any other legitimate reason deemed appropriate.
In the event that an order is not accepted, SIZZE.IT (Pratiuc Vadim) undertakes to notify the Customer promptly.
The Customer may check the status of their order by accessing their personal area on the website under “Order Status.”
